Collage made from several prints or engravings, in the spirit of the surrealists, entitled Unbridled reading, signed Tristan Maya. Tristan Maya was the pen name of Jean Maton, born in 1926, and died in 2000, was a French writer, poet, novelist, literary critic and bookseller. Member of the Writers' Union committee, friend of Guy Tristan, Roland Topor, André Ruellan. He was also a member of the Académie du Morvan and worked as a bookseller in Orléans. This work was part of the Bernadac collection. Put on sale in 2004, this collection brought together drawings by writers.
