Dutch painter, draughtsman, watercolorist and engraver.
(His father was Van Gogh’s pupil at Zundert)
Van Mens lived mainly in Belgium and is often considered a Belgian painter.

His works can be found in several museums, including Schaerbeek and Mons. He will stay in the history of Belgian painters as a great Orientalist.
