Very elegant pair of torches attributed to Claude Galle model known as "aux Merveuilleuses". 1st Empire period. Three Egyptian figures, each wearing a traditional headdress. The base of the candlesticks is decorated with three pairs of feet resting on a circular base decorated with water leaves. In gilded bronze with double patina. Shiny parts and other amaties accentuating the relief. The gilding shows wear from use. Height: 29.5 cm
