"War Club – North America"
This wooden club has the stylized shape of an animal which contains a ball in its mouth, which means for its owner that this army of war and dance masters the entire cosmos. By evoking the spirit of nature, it gives it great power. The ball is equipped with an iron pin. The handle on both sides has the engraving of shooting stars and a stylized dancer. This object is a dance weapon, it is not used in combat, but symbolically allows them to be evoked during dance rituals. REGION: Plains Indians.
