Atypical cast iron fireback representing a branch of Landes pine.
Real botanical board with the different reproductive organs of the conifer (pollen, pine cones, seeds, etc.).
Probably dates from the 17th century given its irregularities in the mass and its cross-shaped ornamentation.

Dimensions: height = 85 cm; width at the base = 83 cm; width at the shoulders = 76.5 cm; thickness from 15 to 35 mm
