Victor Fontaine was a Belgian painter. He received his first training at the Atelier Saint-Luc then at the Wolstraat in Brussels and at the Academy of Fine Arts in Brussels. He first painted mythological and religious subjects then in the 1970s painted in a more realistic manner. He exhibits at the Salons Triédants and at the Cercle Artistique et Littéraire in Brussels.
