"Spectacular Polychrome Enameled Ceramic Fireplace - Napoleon III."
Spectacular polychrome enameled ceramic fireplace in three parts topped with a green marble top veined with white. The amounts decorated with winged women in lush vegetation. They are topped with garlands of ribboned flowers framing a monogram medallion in the center of cut-out leather topped with a female bust with a pearl necklace. The upper part imitating basketry. The hearth framed with friezes of pearls and gadroons, the background decorated with a starry sky and the side parts with figures and neo-Renaissance foliage scrolls. Napoleon III period. A few slight accidents which in no way alter the extremely decorative appearance of the whole.
