"Périgourdine Table Louis XIV Period"
Very beautiful walnut table, from Périgord, from the 17th century. It has very harmonious proportions; its shape and dimensions are uncommon. The top is made of a single board finished with two ends; it measures 134.5 x 61.5 cm with a thickness of 4 cm. The crosspieces on which this tray rests are 6 cm thick; between the bottom of the crosspiece and the floor, there is 59.5 cm, which allows this table to be used as a desk or as a dining table. The four turned legs have a very harmonious baluster shape; finally, it has two drawers fitted with an iron button. This table has acquired over the ages a superb patina of time and use.
