Lovely soliflore vase in regula with medal patina and floral decoration from the Art Nouveau period, signed Claude Bonnefond at the base of one of the scrolling handles. Good general condition, with slight traces of wear due to time (see photos). Height: 26.5 cm. Neck diameter: 5.5 cm. Base dimensions: 12cm x 12cm. Weight: 1340 grams. Claude Bonnefond is an Art Nouveau style sculptor, born March 28, 1868 in Mâcon and died February 1, 1936 in Argentan. He exhibited at the Salon of French Artists in 1892 and 1893. In 1894 he worked in Lunéville for Keller and Guérin and participated in the decorative art exhibition in Nancy.
