"Louis XV Sloping Desk Stamped In Marquetry 18th Century"
Small Louis XV period sloping desk in rosewood and rosewood curling marquetry on walnut. A stamp is present on the rear right foot but illegible because it is partly erased, we read very clearly against the JME (Jurande des Maîtres Ébénistes). This desk opens with a flap covered in original leather revealing a theater with 4 drawers, storage and a secret opening by removing the bottom right drawer and activating a pull. In the lower part, a large drawer and two small drawers on the sides. Furniture in good house condition, some veneer breaks, cracks, but quite acceptable for a piece of furniture over 250 years old! Louis XV period mid-18th century. Delivery in wooden crate on pallet by carrier in the DRC to your home, 250 euros in France, 600 euros in the EU and 1500 euros rest of the world.
