Edouard Doigneau Nemours 1865_1954 Paris French painter, student of Jules Lefebvre and Tony Robert-Fleury at the Académie Julian, then traveled to France as well as Spain and Africa. Gold medalist at the Salon des Artistes français in 1906, he exhibited from 1908 to 1911 at the Georges Petit gallery. A regionalist painter from Brittany, he is also linked to the Orientalist genre.
