Work presented in its original brushed aluminum frame. Dimensions: 67 cm His first master was Édouard Pignon (1905-1993) whose influence is felt even in his Oiseaux. He held his first exhibition in 1961. His works are composed of subtly interlocking geometric shapes, his piercing gaze and his incisive drawing lead him to rid his subjects of all accessories, the shapes he paints thus reduced to the essential are also eloquent than a meticulous description. Jean Coulot's world opens onto the infinity of the sky or the sea.
