"Paint. Portrait Of Woman."
This very pretty painting under glass, monogrammed CC (most certainly Charles Compton English artist 1828-1884) and dated 1870 represents the portrait of a young woman. I think this work was painted on cardboard because I didn't want to deframe it. The photos show the sweetness and expression of this young girl and the quality of the Artist. Height with frame 44cm, width 35cm.
