"Louis XVI Mahogany Cylinder Desk"
Very beautiful desk in waxed mahogany opening with a cylinder in the center, four drawers in the belt and two doors in the upper part topped by an ogee drawer. This architecture is not common and underlines a sought-after design. The feet are fluted and tapered. The central lock of the cylinder is missing. The whole thing is in very good condition, the various slides work very well. The oak used is top quality mesh oak. Its dimensions are also very appreciable, this piece of furniture is easily accommodated. Louis XVI period
