"Charles Bruno: Full-length Drawing Of A Little Girl (mademoiselle Lm)"
In the 1880s, publishing the illustrated catalog of the SAF required artists to send a drawing of the painting they wanted to exhibit, so that an engraver could record this drawing in the catalog. The drawing presented is autograph executed by the painter from his painting. This drawing is reproduced in the SAF catalog of 1881 page 154. Charles Bruno, a student of Cabanel, was a painter of genre, portrait, landscape and flowers. The drawing is signed lower right and dated: 1881.
