Exceptional Isfahan rug designed with silky lambswool velvet on a cotton foundation. Characterized by a beige field with garlands of ruby and Prussian blue flowered palmettes, decorated with a large crenellated central medallion with scrolls of flowers and stems crenellated in twists in the shape of polychrome diamonds on a garnet background. Consists of 7 borders, the main of which has an interlacing of crenellated branches surrounded by boxes with multicolored floral bulbs. Observations: good general condition, beautiful polychromy.
