Superb oil by the French painter-engraver of the second school of Paris; Roger Bezombes born in 1913 in Paris and died in 1994 in Ivry sur Seine. Known for his orientalist paintings of North Africa. He settled on the Quai St Michel in Paris in 1930. Here very beautiful still life painted on thick cardboard panel. Remarkable colors and technique! Fruits and coffee pot dominant subject on this oil in very Mediterranean orange tones! Visually superb! Without frame! Format 65x51 cm. Signed lower left. In very good shape ! Do not miss !
