"Stained Glass Window For Children (224 X 71 Cm)"
Stained glass window in cathedral glass painted in grisaille, very decorated (interlacing, foliage, etc.) presenting a scene with children in the center. Above, a roundel depicting two figures entwined on a blue background, below a red roundel showing a lobster. We also notice a yellow cabochon point between the illustrated scene and the lobster roundel. Signed: C. Pizzagalli (Carlo Pizzagalli, glass painter in Paris who participated and won several prizes at the Paris Universal Exhibitions, notably those of 1889 and 1900).New black wooden frame.
