"18th Century Mirror In Carved Wood."
Mirror of foreign origin, I think from the East of France or more in the North towards Sweden. It is from the Directoire period with a very cut pediment, in the upper part a vase and scrolls, galleries pierced with openwork circles go down along the pediment, at the top of the uprights are turned turlupets and to finish in the horizontal part of the acanthus leaves which separates the top mirror from the main rectangle. The molding is made of rounded veneered walnut wood, a molding of pearls and oblong discontinuous pearls.
