VERY GOOD CONDITION/ KEPT ENTIRELY IN GOLDEN BRASS WITHOUT BRANCHES, CROSS MADE OF TWO WINDINGS TERMINATED IN A FLEURION, KNOB WITH MELON SIDES; LOSANGED BLADE OF THE SWORD OF MARS; LENGTH 46.3 CM, WIDTH AT HEEL 3.5 CM WOOD AND LEATHER SCABBARD WITH BRASS CHAP AND BUTTEROLE DECORATED WITH TWO LARGE MEDALLION OF DEIVINITIES IN SOLID BRONZE, LENGTH 52.5 CM TOTAL LENGTH 63 CM REVOLUTIONARY PERIOD, FIRST EMPIRE.
