Naked woman lying on a bed. Lithograph dated 1986 and signed "artist's proof" by Alain BONNEFOIT. He was born in 1937 in Paris and attended the École des Beaux Arts in Paris where he devoted himself to sculpture and then engraving with a predilection for the female body. He creates all his lithographs himself, drawing on stone or zinc plate, and ensures the quality of the rendering from the first to the last print. From 1975, he became passionate about Japan, where he went very regularly to master the technique of "Sumi-e" black ink painting.
