"Very Small Louis XVI Marquetry Commode"
Rare model of a very small chest of drawers in Louis XVI style marquetry, late 18th/early 19th century. It opens with three drawers on the front with brass pull rings. The front uprights, with cut sides, are decorated with scraps and the feet with clogs. Good general condition, note however that the core of the tray caused the veneer to crack as it retracted.
