Rare 19th Century Workshop Scene Of A Woman Painter flag

Object description :

"Rare 19th Century Workshop Scene Of A Woman Painter"
THIS NICE-SIZED CANVAS TRANSMITS A FAMILY ATMOSPHERE IN A BOURGEOIS RESIDENCE. THE TERUMEAU ON THE LEFT AND THE CHINESE SCREEN ON THE RIGHT HIGHLIGHT A CUSHIONED DECOR. THE YOUNG SERVANT, IN MOVEMENT, FEEDING THE DOG, COMES TO COUNTERBALANCE THE STATIC POSITION OF THE OTHER CHARACTERS, WHO HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE BUT TO TAKE A POSE OR OBSERVE. PURCHASED IN VERY POOR CONDITION, VERY DIRTY AND TORN ON THE RIGHT, WE RESTORED IT WITHOUT RENTOILER (WE WANT TO KEEP THE ORIGINAL CANVAS). THIS PAINTING HAS ITS FRAME BUT IT IS TARNISHED. DIMENSIONS FRAME INCLUDED 79.5 X 69 CM
