"Tunic Jacket In Silk Lampas And Curled Lamb Fur - China Circa 1930"
Circa 1930-1940 China Beautiful tunic jacket in black and gold silk lampas fully lined with short-haired curly lamb fur dating from the 1930s-1940s. Wide, conical cut, slit on the sides, with Kimono sleeves and small Mandarin collar. Front closure with five chiseled brass bell buttons. Silk lampas with black satin background and woven decoration in gold-yellow silk twill. Drawing of vermiculated twigs punctuated with badges with dragon heads. Fully lined with curly fur, very short and soft, with small lapels highlighting the perimeter of the coat and the slanted slit pockets. Small restoration of the fur at the collar of the fur-lined lining (see last photo), otherwise no other defects. Little or not worn, the silk lampas has retained its new appearance. Very good state of color and conservation. This jacket can be worn loosely. Dimensions: Equivalent to size 40 France. Shoulders 42 cm, sleeves 57 cm, chest 103-115 cm, hips 134 cm circumference.
