"Monumental Musical Clock"
Important mahogany longcase clock with extremely fine marquetry.In the door; there is a thermometer and a barometer ; inside the door there is an ivory plaque with the inscription "Oswald Valli Artistic Furniture 33St.Jons Lane London".
This longcase clock has a very beautiful quality eight-day mechanism ; the finely engraved and chiseled dial playing music with nine tubes, 3 weights in yellow brass.
An English work circa 1870-1880 , of a quality that you don't see every day.
The clock is in good condition ; the mechanism must be checked by a watchmaker.
