Object description :

"David Lewis For Bang & Olufsen, Beolab 8000, Cd Door Floor Lamp, Ca 1990"
"Beolab 8000" floor lamp & CD holder at the same time, designed by Designer David Lewis for Bang & Olufsen around 1990.
The brushed aluminum structure is placed on a point on a square stone base (schist type).
Intensity adjustment is done with the “Touch” finger on the brushed aluminum structure.
Lamp in good condition, power supply has been replaced and works perfectly.

"The Beolab 8000, as light as a ballerina on her pointes..." It was designed by David Lewis, inspired by an organ pipe found in a flea market, a musical symbol certainly, but one of lightness and of timelessness in its common measure...
