"Old Entrance Cabinet In Solid Oak 19th Century"
FALLING FOR SOMETHING!!! This very beautiful hall piece of furniture, handcrafted, is entirely made of solid oak. It is simple, with discreet moldings and tin ironwork. Originally, it was a fountain holder. It was modified around the middle of the 20th century, the fountain disappeared, and two hooks replaced it to transform it into an entrance cloakroom. The hooks allow you to hang jackets or coats, a small bench allows you to sit and it has storage in the lower part to place a handbag or shoes, for example. The manufacturing quality is exceptional, its weight attests to it! It is in very good condition, with some traces of its long lives of use. The color has taken on a magnificent patina and a superb shine which take this piece of furniture into another dimension! One thing is sure, it will not leave anyone indifferent! After spending most of his life in a very beautiful residence in the Lot, he is now planning to move to another house of character, in an entrance or a large vestibule.
