Empire period roll top desk in Cuban mahogany. The upper part opens with three drawers and three braided leather boxes. The cylinder reveals an interior with pilasters with a sliding writing desk in braided leather, small drawers and lockers. Bronze handles with dolphin heads. The lower part opens with three belt drawers and two side pulls. The interior assembly and the fittings are in mahogany. A double baluster spacer connects a base with flat columns ending in claws. Original locks, secret cylinder opening system. Excellent condition. Early 19th century.
