Superb Regency period mirror in carved and gilded wood. The pediment, decorated with a shell, surrounded by foliage and flowers, has mirrored reserves. The sides with reserves and double 'crosses' are foliage, ending in light windings forming 'feet'. The animated lower crosspiece is decorated with a small shell surrounded by two stocks. Original gilding, parquet and mirror.
