A Famille Rose "cherry Pickers" Plate – China 18th Qianlong Period
Porcelain plate with polychrome decoration of a cherry picking, the scene is particularly well painted, in particularly well preserved pink, mauve and green tones.
This scene is inspired by an engraving by Nicolas Ponce after Antoine Baudouin. (see photos n.12)
