When Rubboli died, he saw Daria Vecchi Rubboli and her sons Lorenzo and Alberto succeed here in abandoning the artistic production of the table to dedicate themselves to the creation of ceramic traditions in Gualdo with metallic reflections.
After the first years of the 20th century, some important products of the company are notable, in addition to the company logo, the inscription "Ronconi" inserted inside a triangle, as a private label for foreigners.
The production, thanks to the refined artistic and technical execution, achieved great success and the ceramics made for the Rubbolis were sold in Italy and exported throughout the world.
In 1920 the company changed its name to “Società Ceramica Umbra” and began production in two different uses, one in Gualdo Tadino under the direction of Alberto Rubboli and Giuseppe Baduel, and the other active in Gubbio under the direction of Lorenzo Rubboli and Carlo Cucciarelli. , where the Mastro Giorgio School is also active.
The ceramists Temistocle Vecchi, Ilario Ciaurro, Aldo Ajò, Torquato Scaravaglia, Pericle Perali, Giuseppe Discepoli, Tancredi Fedi, Giambattista Ronconi, Angelo Guerrieri, Giuseppe Guerrieri, Italo worked for the first time in the last century in 1920. Modestini, Antonio Passalbuoni, Umberto Marinari, Alfredo Santarelli and Ezio Rondelli.
The use becomes famous for the high quality of its products, its beauty and its exportability all over the world.
Giuseppe Menichetti, Giovanni Notari and Elsa Neri collaborated on the production in the 1920s and 1930s.
Towards the beginning of the second half of 1920, the company formed a consortium with “C.I.M.A. »
In 1929, Daria Vecchi died and in 1931 the “S.C.U. was dissolved and Lorenzo and Alberto founded the “Maiolica a Riflessi Lorenzo ed Alberto Rubboli”.
From 1936, the production of the two brothers was divided and each brand was produced with the initials of their name.
Alberto, with the help of his wife Teresina Lacchi, continued the production of chandeliers and Lorenzo founded “Lorenzo Rubboli fu Paolo”.
In the 1950s it was located in via del Forno 21 in Gualdo Tadino (Pg), it was managed, under the name "Ceramiche Rubboli", by Alberto Rubboli and, as a portrait of the company, his daughters Laura and Edda took over.
The firm is still active today, under the name "Eredi Rubboli", under the direction of Edda's daughters, Emanuela and Cristina Baldassini and Laura's daughter, Cinzia Monsignori.
