A small secretary in two parts from the Empire period, in mahogany. The upper part topped with a small Belgian granite, opens with a large drawer and a mirror-bottomed flap, framed by two columns. Opened, the flap presents a large niche and five drawers. The whole thing rests embedded in the granite of the lower part. The lower console body opens with a large drawer and rests on its base with four feet including two columns at the front. Rings and keyholes in gilded bronze. Cloverleaf locks and key. This piece of furniture is in very good condition. Period early 19th century.
