Beautiful Transition display case, rare for its quality manufacturing in solid cherry, without veneer, which will bring longevity to it. This piece of furniture is made up of a door with a miter-cut frame with a scalloped bronze strip on the inside. This door is dark with glass and opens onto brass hinges. The original lock and key are in working order and the long bronze entrance highlights the key passage. The solid cherry uprights are slightly rounded and end in the lower part with a sabot foot with slight bump movement decorated with bronze and a sabot. The upper part is dressed in bronze with ribbon and drop. The upper crossbar of this display case is garnished with an openwork brass element composed of repetitive motifs depicting stylized flowers. The sides of this piece of furniture have the same composition as the front: a window, a bronze rod and a solid cherry frame. At the top, we find a beautiful pink-orange Varois marble, surrounded by an openwork and scalloped gallery. The interior is dressed in original shimmering green velvet in excellent condition.
