Pair of chairs in lacquered beech wood, slightly different, one more aqua green in color and the other gray. These chairs have an openwork back decorated with palmettes and rosettes, supported by four legs, two of which are sabre-shaped at the back. These chairs were covered with a checkered horsehair fabric, with some stains and wear on it. Empire Consulate period chairs with their old lacquer showing wear and friction over time which gives them charm. Dimensions: Height: 87.5 cm – Seat width: 48 cm – Seat height: 44 cm
