Louis Philippe 19th century French chest of drawers. The wood is in walnut bramble.
Walnut brambles are flamed because they have many aesthetic designs. These drawings have complex patterns with high contrast and entangled veins on a naturally dark background of varying intensities. Thus the walnut bramble wonderfully imitates a theatre curtain. This chest of drawers is equipped with five drawers, one of which is hidden in the upper belt of the cabinet and another smaller hidden in the lower part.
