This watercolor was reproduced as is in the Easter issue of the magazine Le Sourire, in 1924 (see photo 2, PLEASE NOTE , this document will not be supplied with the watercolor, it is a reproduction of the copy from the BnF website given here for information purposes only). Fernand Couderc (? – around 1934), Member of the Humorists, mainly an advertising designer. In 1921, he failed the Civic Progress competition. He draws for the magazines: Pages Folles – Le Sourire – Paris-Plaisirs – Froufrou – Gens qui rits – Jean qui rit (ref. Dico-Solo, p. 141).
