Rare unsigned original erotic drypoint with text (Cuvette: 145 x 105 mm - margins: 190 x 144 mm), presented under mat (400 x 300 mm)
Ink stains on the plate, small ink stain in lower margin on the right, very good condition.
Rare proof on Rives laid paper of this print designed for the book Le Verger des Amours, a work printed in 100 copies. including 90 on Rives in 1924 (?). Attributed to Apollinaire, it is in fact one of Pascal Pia's many deceptions.
One of the painter's very rare forays into the field of pornography.
