"17th Century Bronze Candlestick"
Beautiful model of bronze candlestick, Netherlands or Spain, second half of the 17th century. Strong circular base with groove on which the short baluster-shaped shaft is fixed. Binet with double ring, decorated with a net on its circumference and pierced with an original hole. Another diametrically opposite hole was previously blocked. Dents and traces of use logical and acceptable given its age. I am attaching photos of a fairly similar model for any documentation, reference: "The art of lighting by Bourne & Bret. Note: rather rare model. Delivery: €15 for mainland France.
