Royal Copenhagen Table Service Model Asserbo, 1960, 51 Pieces

Royal Copenhagen, in almost 250 years, has produced over 1500 designs on various high-end porcelain items. Its skilled artisans have been collaborating with designers since the 20th century. Each set, despite improvements in the process, requires several months to complete. The process begins with a 3D printer model, then a mold is made via a computer milling machine to pour the liquid porcelain. Each piece is then meticulously decorated by hand, varnished and fired at nearly 1375°C, creating unique works of art.
