"Orchestra Of 19 Monkeys"
Very rare Meissen porcelain orchestra including 19 monkeys, a German work from the end of the 19th century.The set comprises 1 conductor and 18 statuettes of musical monkeys on terraces highlighted with rococo ornaments in relief enhanced with gold, polychrome decoration marked: crossed swords in blue.
Height of the statuettes : 13.5 cm, height of the conductor 17 cm !
The set is in very good original condition.
