Male Pistol Year XIII

Year XIII model pistol from the imperial manufacture of St Etienne.
Round-body turntable with espalet hammer in perfect working order, engraved Manuf Imple de St Etienne in English letters, hallmarked with the S under lys (hallmark used after 1814) by the turntable controller Stelen at this post from 1811 to 1821. All screws are numbered. The interior of the turntable is in perfect condition. We find the same numbers there as on the screws. Nut flange and trigger have retained their blueing. Tailstock engraved M AN13.
Thunder-sided cannon, stamped on the right side with the starred P of Louis Préau, inspector of the factory from 1811 to 1816. At the front of the light appear the letters EF for French Empire. The left side of the barrel is dated B1815, the B corresponding to the second Bonnard inspector present from the year XIII to 1821. The underside of the barrel has multiple proof hallmarks, as well as the crowned L of the reviser Martin Luzier (1808 - 1820 ). The walnut frame is hallmarked in multiple places with a crowned B (Bonnard wood hallmark?). The stock bears the inspector's receipt mark PC 1815. All fittings bear the L hallmark in a Luzier circle. On the back of the backplate the crosser has stamped his name "Jean Thomas".
This pistol, in perfect condition, perhaps dates from the Hundred Days period. It deserves to be married to the model year IX dragoon rifle from the Versailles factory manufactured at the same period.
