Gaston Viort Bistrot Set Art Nouveau Style

Superb and rare bistro set composed of 2 chairs and 2 armchairs in anodized embossed aluminum in the Art Nouveau style (but produced in the 1930s and not in the 1950s as we can read elsewhere: we find dated photos of restaurants from the end of the 1930s equipped with this model) from the Gaston VIORT house in Salon de Provence, specialized in bistro and restaurant furniture. This model is the least common of the Gaston VIORT production: it takes on the Art Nouveau style, particularly at the level of the armrests and the scrolls of the backrests. We would also like to point out that the anodized color still present on these parts is the original color! We have voluntarily chosen to leave this set in its original state and not to repaint or strip it, because the rare models encountered for sale are almost all exclusively "customized".
