"Sugar Scissors, Sterling Silver."
This pair of scissors or sugar tongs is made of solid silver, it bears as a silver control mark, a neck brace head which is affixed to each branch, next to the diamond-shaped maker's mark. The blades are notched to break the sugar and their end forms a small pliers. Mid-20th century period. Weight 36 gr. Length 11 cm.
