Painter of figures, still lifes and landscapes. Born in Bar-sur-Aube, student of J. Lefèvre and T. Robert-Fleury. Exhibitor at the Salon des Artistes Français from 1897 to 1922, at the Indépendants and at the Salon d'Automne. The painter had a house in Vaux since 1903.
