"Henriot Quimper Owl Night Light 1922-1940"
QUIMPER, Henriot factory. Owl night light, 1922-1940s. Tin-like earthenware, naturalistic decor; Mark painted in HenRiot/Quimper blue. H.: 28.5 cm; 31 x 8 cm. In poor condition, missing the glass bead eyes, the electrical assembly and the bronze base. A similar example is kept at the Musée de la Faïence in Quimper and is reproduced on p. 414 of the Quimper Encyclopedia of Ceramics, volume III, 2005, La Reinette.
