"Napoleon III Period Support Furniture - Louis XVI Style"
Beautiful piece of furniture from the Napoleon III period in the LOUIS XVI style in blackened wood. It opens with a large door and an interior with two shelves in mahogany wood. It presents an elegant and rich decoration: - mother-of-pearl inlays and brass fillet, - a beautiful ornamentation of finely chiseled gilded bronzes and lion's heads on the corners, - Decor of foliage, volutes, interlacing, flowered urns, in facade and belt. - Chiseled bronze frame on the central door, Boulle feet. White Carrara marble top adjusted to the ingot mold. Beautifully crafted piece of furniture in good general condition, (note some missing brass on the side grooves.)
