Sumptuous oval serving platter or tray in solid silver from PUIFORCAT bordered with fillets decorated with foliage scrolls and shell accents. Marli monogrammed on each side (see photos). Finely crafted from the highest quality silver, it is punched with the Minerva 1st Standard hallmarks (.950) on the border and on the back, and mark of celebrated Master Silversmith Emile PUIFORCAT (hallmark with the initials "EP" and a penknife) active in 1857. This sumptuous large serving platter / tray by PUIFORCAT is in excellent condition, revised and cleaned by our Goldsmith,and ready to grave the finest of tables.
