Paul Léon Bléger is a painter born in Mulhouse (Haut-Rhin) in 1889 and died in Switzerland in Geneva in 1981. Pupil of Baschet and Déchenaud; member of the French Artists he exhibited at the Salon from 1922 to 1936 and obtained the Théodore Balli prize in 1927, a silver medal in 1928 and the Auguste Zwiller prize in 1932.
