Original drawing in pencil and watercolor, representing a Breton woman near rocks by the sea. 20 x 13 cm at sight, in a frame of 37 x 31 cm (loss of gilding on the frame). Monogrammed lower right: "JG, 1903". Above the drawing: some handwritten verses, extracts from "Lettre d'un mobile breton", a poem of 90 lines by François Coppée published in 1870. "............ And you, cute sister , When you meet Yvonne at the fountain, Tell her that I love her and that she is certain, That in this great Paris, frightening and mocking, I am always hers and keep my heart for her. F. Coppée." These verses are followed by a dedication in the same hand: "My most affectionate memory to my dear little Isabelle. J. Guinot, March 1903".
