Alexandre-René VERON (1826-1897) The new born (circa 1865) oil on canvas, signed lower right 46.5x38cm (72x64m framed) Frame with gilded wood channels, original Very good condition, Montbazon1826-Paris1897 French painter of landscapes, member of the Barbizon School. he is the author of admirable views of Fontainebleau, Auvers-sur-Oise, Pontoise, Crécy-en-Brie, Asnières and Argenteuil. A student of Paul Delaroche, belonging to the group of followers of Daubigny, he exhibited at the Salon from 1848.
